White Negroni Cocktail Recipe

WHITE NEGRONI COCKTAIL Recipe

The White Negroni cocktail is a nice adaptation of the classic Negroni. The bittersweet aperitivo Suze is the love child of the White Negroni and is dominated by gentian liqueur. So the first few sips can be challenging, but once you’ve had it, it’s difficult to stop.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. dry Gin
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Suze gentian liqueur
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Lillet Blanc

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes and stir well.
  2. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
