In the spring of 2019 I travelled to Palma de Mallorca and visited the Atlantico cocktail bar. A very interesting bar, where the bartenders Paula and Vernando showed me how to make the cocktail “A NIGHT IN PALMA”. If you ever come to Mallorca, I would highly recommend the Atlantico cocktail bar.
INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml/ 2 oz Gin
- 50 ml/ 1 ½ oz Melon
- 30 ml/ 1 oz Sweet & Sour
- 15 ml/ ½ oz Raspberry Sourz
- 15 ml/ ½ oz lemon juice
- 20 ml/ ¾ oz Saint Germain liqueur
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
- Garnish with some fruits.
