Dirty Banana Cocktail Recipe

The Dirty Banana cocktail is popular on many Caribbean islands, in which the classic Dirty Banana cocktail combines rum, Kahlua, or another coffee-flavored liqueur, and banana-flavored liqueur in an icy, creamy shake.

INGREDIENTS

45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. gold Rum
30 ml/ 1 oz. Kahlùa coffee liqueur
30 ml/ 1 oz. banana liqueur
30 ml/ ¾ oz. milk
30 ml/ ¾ oz. cream
1 fresh Banana (peeled)

METHOD

Blend all ingredients with 180 ml/ 6 oz. scoop crushed ice.
Pour into a large cocktail glass.
Garnish with a slice of banana.
