BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY´S COCKTAIL Recipe

The Breakfast at Tiffany`s cocktail is orign in Australia. The refreshing, citrusy cocktail is perfect for brunch. With a cheeky hit of sweet jam and a dash of bitters, you’ll be making this one bottomless.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml/ 2 oz. Gin
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 bar spoons of your favourite jam
  • 2 dashes of Orange bitters
  • 100 ml/ 3 ⅓ oz. ginger beer

METHOD

  1. Combine Gin, lemon juice, jam and bitters into a shaker.
  2. Shake.
  3. Strain into a jam jar.
  4. Top with ginger beer and garnish with wedge of lemon.
