The Christmas Aperol Spritz cocktail is the Christmas counterpart to the popular summer drink Aperol Spritz. Just in time for Advent, the popular drink shines in a Christmas garb. Because the Aperol Spritz is now refined with a very special ingredient – giving it a festive update. I will show you how you can easily conjure up a Christmas drink at home.
INGREDIENTS
- 40 ml/ 1 ⅓ oz. Aperol
- 60 ml/ 2 oz. Prosecco
- 15 ml/ ½ oz. cranberry syrup
- 1 splash of sparkling water
- 5 ice cubes
METHOD
- For the Christmas Aperol Spritz, first fill ice cubes into a decorative glass of our choice and add Aperol and Prosecco.
- Now comes the twist: the cranberry syrup gives the Aperol Spritz its Christmassy, sweet note.
- Finally, add a small splash of mineral water to make the drink fizz nicely and stir for about 5 seconds.
- Decorate with an orange slice and few sprigs of rosemary.
