Killer Cocktail Recipe

The Killer cocktail was the winning cocktail of the international Disaronno Mixing Star finals in 2013. Rumor has it that the cocktail is inspired by the movie Jaws.

INGREDIENTS

45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Amaretto liqueur
30 ml/ 1 oz. dry Gin
10 ml/ ⅓ oz. Campari bitter liqueur
10 ml/ ⅓ oz. passion fruit syrup
30 ml/ 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
( Grenadine syrup )

METHOD

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a glass filled with crushed-ice.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (cut like a shark fin) and 3 drops of Gremadine as a bloody shark attack.
