Lost Plane Cocktail Recipe

The Lost Plane cocktail is a twist on the contemporary classic cocktail Paper Plane. The distinctive flavors of Amaro Montenegro come into their own alongside the dark Rum in this aperitivo cocktail.

INGEDIENTS

22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. Amaro Montenegro
22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. Dark Rum
22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. Aperol
22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice

METHOD

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
