The Bakewell Tart Sour cocktail tastes just like the name suggests. What initially appears to be an extravagant combination of ingredients tastes very good in the end.
INGREDIENTS
- 40 ml / 1 ⅓ oz. Cognac
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. Amaretto
- 15 ml / ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. cherry syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and cherries.
