PARIS MIDI COCKTAIL Recipe

The Paris Midi cocktail was invented in 1934 and tastes wonderfully refreshing blackcurrant. Perfect when sitting in front of a Parisian café.

INGRDIENTS

  • 45 ml / 1 ½ oz. Noilly Prat dry vermouth
  • 15 ml / ½ oz. Crème de Cassis
  • 75 ml / 2 ½ oz. soda water

METHOD

  1. Pour the Noilly Prat Vermouth and the Crème de Cassis into glass and stir
  2. Add ice to fill glass and top with soda water.
  3. Strir briefly.
  4. Garnish with lemon slice wheel.
