MISS ELENA COCKTAIL Recipe

The Miss Elena cocktail is a fantastic riff on an Espresso Martini. But completely without espresso replaced with Amaro Nonino and Sherry.

INGREDIENTS

  • 35 ml/ 1 ¼ oz. Vodka
  • 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. Kahlùa coffee liqueur   
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Amoro Nonino
  • 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. Sherry
  • 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. simple syrup

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a flower.
