Limoncello Spritz Cocktail Recipe

LIMONCELLO SPRITZ COCKTAIL Recipe

The Limoncello Spritz is a modern addition to the venerable Spritz family of cocktails like also Aperol Spritz or the Hugo Spritz cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Limoncello liqueur
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Prosecco
  • 20 ml/ ¾ oz. soda water
  • ice cubes
  • orange slice

METHOD

  1. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Add Limoncello, Prosecco and soda water.
  3. Stir briefly.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice.
