KINGSTON CLUB COCKTAIL Recipe

The Kingston Club cocktail is a tasty pineapple juice cocktail with a herbal note. The Fernet Branca liqueur gives this fruity aperitif cocktail almost clove-like aromas.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 ml / 1 ½ oz. Drambuie liqueur
  • 45 ml / 1 ½ oz. pineapple juice
  • 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 5 ml/ ¼ oz. Fernet Branca
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. soda water

METHOD

  1. Shake in an ice-filled cocktail shaker (except for the soda water).
  2. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
