The Kingston Club cocktail is a tasty pineapple juice cocktail with a herbal note. The Fernet Branca liqueur gives this fruity aperitif cocktail almost clove-like aromas.
INGREDIENTS
- 45 ml / 1 ½ oz. Drambuie liqueur
- 45 ml / 1 ½ oz. pineapple juice
- 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 5 ml/ ¼ oz. Fernet Branca
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. soda water
METHOD
- Shake in an ice-filled cocktail shaker (except for the soda water).
- Strain into an ice-filled glass.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with an orange zest twist.
