KILLER COCKTAIL Recipe

The Killer cocktail was the winning cocktail of the international Disaronno Mixing Star finals in 2013. Rumor has it that the cocktail is inspired by the movie Jaws.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Amaretto liqueur
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. dry Gin
  • 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. Campari bitter liqueur
  • 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. passion fruit syrup
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ( Grenadine syrup )

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a glass filled with crushed-ice.
  3. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (cut like a shark fin) and 3 drops of Gremadine as a bloody shark attack.
