HEINZ O. COCKTAIL Recipe

The Heinz O. cocktail is a typical Pre-Dinner-Cocktail. The drink has a very special taste and is supposed to whet your appetite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 ml/ ¾ oz. Underberg
  • 20 ml/ ¾ oz. Vodka
  • 10 ml/ ⅓ oz Campari

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a cherry.
