GREEK DOCTOR COCKTAIL Recipe

A delicious Greek cocktail is the Greek Doctor cocktail. Ouzo, the spirit known to Greece, gives the cocktail an incomparable taste. Vodka and juices round off the cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Ouzo
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Vodka
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. orange juice
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice.
