FREDDY FUDPUCKER COCKTAIL Recipe

The Freddy Fudpucker cocktail is a Harvey Wallbanger made with Tequila instead of Vodka. Usually the cocktail is poured into a glass and Galliano is poured over it. However, it is better to mix Tequila and orange separately and then strain over fresh ice. Then add the Galliano.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml/ 2 oz. Tequila Reposado
  • 120 ml/ 4 oz. orange juice
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Galliano

METHOD

  1. Stir the Tequila and orange juice with ice in the glass.
  2. Strain into glass over fresh ice.
  3. Then float the Galliano on top.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and serve with a straw.
