DIRTY MONTE COCKTAIL Recipe

The Dirty Monte cocktail is a refreshing summer drink. At first glance, the combination with sparkling wine, Amaro Montenegro and green olive brine seems a bit unusual, but in the end the sparkling cocktail impresses with its excellent taste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Amaro Montenegro
  • 90 ml/ 3 oz. sparkling wine
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. green olive brine
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. soda water

METHOD

  1. Fill a large wine glass half with ice
  2. Combine all ingridients, adding the soda water last.
  3. Stir gently and briefly.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and an olive.
