Canadian Whiskey meets Italian aperitivo in the Cynar Flip Cocktail, resulting in a flavourful and creamy cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. Cynar
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. Canadian Whisky
- 15 ml/ ½ oz Cointreau
- 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. simple syrup
- 1 fresh egg
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into chilled glass.
