CHOCOLATE CREAM EGG COCKTAIL Recipe

The Chocolate Cream Egg cocktail is interesting and perfect for Easter. It’s chocolatey and creamy with a hint of vanilla, but thanks to the addition of Chartreuse, it also tastes of herbs, flowers, citrus, and honey.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml/ 2 oz. Vanillia Vodka
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Yellow Chartreuse
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Crème de cacau (white)
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. cream
  • (30 ml/ 1. oz. chocolate syrup fort he rim)

METHOD

  1. Put a chocolate rim on your glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass rimmed with chocolate.
  4. Pour some chocolate sprinkles on top.
  5. Garnish with a mini chocolate egg.
