The Caneflower Cocktail is rust-colored and bittersweet with Cachaça and elderflower. A must-try cocktail for its ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
- 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Cachaça
- 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. Aperol
- 15 ml / ½ oz. elderflower liqueur
METHOD
- Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
- Add the ingredients and stir until chilled.
- Strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange zest twist.
