The Campden cocktail tastes delicately bittersweet with herbal notes refreshed by zesty orange and is based on a recipe in Harry Craddock’s 1930 The Savoy Cocktail Book.
INGREDIENTS
- 30 ml/ 2 oz. Gin
- 15 ml/ ½ oz. Triple sec.
- 15 ml/ ½ oz. Lillet Blanc
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
- Stir well until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with an orange twist.
