The Bohamian Mule cocktail was created in 1990s in London, England. The Bohamian Mule cocktail tastes long and refreshing, but also with a hefty hit of Absinthe – perhaps the best spirit, drowned in fiery ginger beer, a combination that is put to good use in this mule with lime juice.
INGREDIENTS
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. Absinthe
- 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. sugar syrup
- 105 ml/ 4 oz. ginger beer
METHOD
- Pour the Absinthe, lime juice and sugar syrup into shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well and strain into a Mule mug (or a Collins glass) filled with ice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir briefly.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
