Do you like the Americano cocktail? Simply leave out the soda water and replace it with foamed beer. And try the Beer Americano cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Campari
- 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Martini Rosso sweet Vermouth
- 90 ml/ 3 oz. Lager beer
METHOD
- Combine the Campari, Vermouth and 6 ice cubes in a tall tumbler.
- Stir with a bar spoon to chill.
- Pour the beer into a separate glass and whip the beer into a foam.
- Top the cocktail with beer foam
- Garnish with an orange zest twist.
