Campden Cocktail Recipe

CAMPDEN COCKTAIL Recipe

The Campden cocktail tastes delicately bittersweet with herbal notes refreshed by zesty orange and is based on a recipe in Harry Craddock’s 1930 The Savoy Cocktail Book.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ml/ 2 oz. Gin
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Triple sec.
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Lillet Blanc

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  4. Garnish with an orange twist.
