The Pumpkin Spice Latte is a coffee cocktail and is most associated with Starbucks, which first offered the drink as a coffee in the fall of 2003.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 ml/ 3 ⅓ oz. Espresso coffee (hot)
- 15 ml/ ½ oz. Pumpkin spice syrup
- 75 ml/ 2 ½ oz. frothed milk
- whipped cream
METHOD
- Pour the Espresoo and pumpkin spice syrup into pre-warmed toddy glass.
- Put the milk with ice cubes into shaker and shake until frothed.
- Top with the frothed milk and some whipped cream.
