WILDBERRY LILLET COCKTAIL Recipe

The Wildberry Lillet cocktail is fruity and fresh, the cocktail impresses above all with its lightness on hot summer days. But which wild berry fizz tastes best with it? Schweppes Original Wild Berry or Thomas Henry Wild Berry?  You have to find out yourself.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml/ 2 oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 120 ml/ 4 oz. Thomas Henry Wild Berry  
  • 2 Raspberries
  • 1 Strawberry

METHOD

  1. Pour Lillet Blanc into a wine glass.
  2. Fill up with ice cubes.
  3. Top up with Thomas Henry Wild Berry.
  4. Add the quartered strawberry and raspberries and stir gently.
