The Salty Bird hardly suggests a sweet fruity drink but the name perfectly befits this bittersweet rum-laced pineapple cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. light Rum
- 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. Campari Italian bitter liqueur
- 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. pineapple juice
- 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. sugar syrup
- ½ pinch salt
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and strain into glass half filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a lime slice.
