EASTER BUNNY COCKTAIL Recipe

My Easter Cocktail 2022 is named Easter Bunny Cocktail. Some cocktails are sophisticated affairs, combining rare spirits, bitters and liqueurs and serving them in an elegant crystal glass. The Easter Bunny Cocktail is not one of them.  Vanilla Vodka, Baileys, strawberries and cream make for a fun and festive Easter cocktail served in a chocolate bunny.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chocolate bunny
  • 2 fresh strawberries
  • 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Vanillia Vodka
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Baileys Irish Cream
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. cream

METHOD

  1. Gently remove the ears from the chocolate bunny.
  2. In the bottom of your shaker muddle the strawberries.
  3. Add the Vanilla Vodka, Baileys, cream and ice.
  4. Add ice and shake until well-chilled.
  5. Strain into the prepared chocolate bunny.
